Zombie Crawls,  invasions or attacks, if you want to call it this way, is a world wide phenomenon where zombie enthusiasts gather on a predetermined location with the purpose of re-enacting an almost apocalyptic version  of what the world would look like if suddenly infected by hordes of flesh hungry living dead walking all over the place.  These events usually take place around crowded events and the largest reported included 1780 participants wearing zombie costumes and make-up. Mount Dora had its first Zombie parade during the 2009 Mount Dora Art Festival, and it is rumored that more will be coming soon...
